Refund Policy

We take pride in our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may contact ACBeBe Kids at info@acbebekids.ca for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt (excluding sale or end of season sales items). All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused,unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with original tags affixed.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, accessories, toys, socks, tights, headwear, personal care items.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning any items please email info@acbebekids.ca with your request. We will then respond with an RMA (return merchandise authorization number). We will not accept any returns without this number.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email info@acbebekids.ca.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We want to make sure that we will receive your returned item.
